Help App that auto-dials on phone menus

I need an app that can input specified digits for phone menus at specified times. For example, I want an app where I am able to (1) call a number, (2) have it input "1" on the menu after 2 seconds, (3) have it input a 9-digit number on the next menu after 35 seconds, etc. Does such an app exist?

You don't really need an app. You can set a contact number to dial the number with the pauses embedded by using commas. A comma is a 2-3 second delay so an example of what you describe would be

1-800-555-1234,,,,,1,,,,,,,,,,123456789

The number is dialed. A pause for 10-15 seconds dial one and then pause for 30-40 seconds and dial the 9 digit number.
