App that measures GPS usage by other apps/tasks?

My most recent pet peeve is seeing the GPS icon fire up and not having any idea which app is doing it. I have a few that use GPS (which I leave enabled, because I'm a sucker), so it's a bit tough to accurately track down who the biggest culprits are. I can never tell whether it's WeatherBug following me in the background or Locale keeping tabs or my forecasting widget or Maps in the background or... you get the point.

So--do y'all know of an app that measures GPS usage by other apps/tasks/processes? I'd love to figure out which one of these suckers is doing the most damage.

I'm assuming it eats up as much memory as the next app, but I guess I just need to run it for a few hours to figure out what my GPS deal is. Thanks again.
