App that notifies a friend when I unlock my phone?

Hey guys,

Trying to not use my phone when going to bed so I tried searching for an app that will send my friend a message etc when I unlock my phone past my bedtime.

Anyone know of an app that can do this?

Why not just turn it off and leave it in another room ?

You might be able to program something with Tasker.

There are apps designed to help with this.
Not exactly how you ask, but by limiting what apps can run when, and for how long.
