App that read text message out loud?

Is there a way to make my phone read text message out loud to me if I am driving? I have tried the talkback app but all it says outloud is my command and where I am going, rather annoying. Anyho, what app would I need to install fr this?

I know in Handcent, you can long press on the message and select speak text.

what do you mean in handset? but yes thats what I want to do, I want to just use my normal messaging app but be able to long press and hit a speak button.

btw I am using a samsung infuse, absolutely awesome phone

Tasker will do this but it's not an appliance app and has a learning curve.

there's an app that I used a while ago called 'Drive Safe.ly' that can read your texts allowed & also the first part of newly received emails, if you want. (the free version only does like 200 characters worth or so)
