App that streams video to the cloud securely?

So, I've been thinking about if there ever comes a time when I have to deal with a police officer where I would like to have a document of my side of the interaction just on the off-chance that the officer is willing to abuse his power (there is a news story of a highway patrolman who treated a driver like a criminal simply because he "failed to show respect.").

It got me thinking "Well, for one thing I need to inform them plainly that they are being recorded." But then that got me thinking that if the cop is corrupt, that could lead to an immediate confiscation of my phone and immediate deletion of the recording.

Which then got me thinking, "If there was an app that could stream video to the cloud where it could be stored securely and be made publicly available?" That would be ideal. Even if I got the tar beaten out of me, I'd still have record of the officer denying me my rights.

Upon researching, I read that such an app was in development for iOS. But I can't seem to find anything for Android.

Anyone know of anything remotely close to this?

No. There are dashbord camera apps, but none that I know of that save to the cloud (or anywhere else off-site) in real time. It's a great idea for an pp, though. Publicize it enough and a lot of cops will behave a lot better, just knowing that what they're doing may be available at their trial. (I'm not indicting the profession, having been on that side of the law myself. But, as in every profession, there are bad apples in every barrel. Most cops just want to work 8 hours and go home, and collect a pay check every week or two, and a pension eventually. But letting them know that if wearing a badge makes them feel "special", there's going to be a permanent record of them acting "special", might just prevent some incidents.)
