App that will automaticly turn on GPS

Now before eveyone gets freaked out, its not like that.... I have purchaced my 11 year old daughter a new Epic 4G and now she turns everything off to save battery life.... Well our Sprint Family Locator only works if GPS is on.... Any apps out there that will help???

Tasker will allow you to turn GPS on at a set interval, say every 10 minutes. This way, if she turns it off, it will get turned on again within 10 minutes. Or you could have it turn on each time the display is turned off.

I'm sure Locale could do something similar.

Turning off the GPS doesn't save any battery life. It only gets activated and uses battery life when an application calls for it.

Just tell her to leave the GPS on.
