how am i suppose to run that keyboard... i installed it and i activate it in settings but when i start writing something it shows me the older keyboard? What should i do ?

You have to long-press the "write message" window (to the left, it seems aware of where you press) then you get a popup asking for "Input Method", press it and select any of the keyboards you've installed. (same procedure to return to the old one)

I can only get Default Input when using this method yet I've installed TinyKeyboard (version 0 is what shows up under Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>TinyKeyboard) - Can anyone help as I must need to do something else to get this app working

one other thing, does anyone know how to enter the boot loader on the x10 mini?

Prior to 2.1 update i installed tiny keyboard application in my x 10 mini.
Its fantastic and also display quick message preview which appears on the sceen.

But after upgrading to 2.1 the quick message doen't get displayed in sceen. also there are seperate icon for tiney keayboard prior to 2.1 update which is gone after the upgrade.

Are there anyone face this issue ?
I would be thankful if somebody resolve this problem,

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to all this. I managed to download the file from the link in the original post but not sure what to do next. I can't find the file anywhere (not even sure where it goes). I got Astro (to install APK files ??) but couldn't find it either.

Any help ? Thanks
