App to allow notes or comments on photo??

I am looking for an app that will allow me to write notes or comments directly on the photo. When working on a project I want to take photos of different parts and write comments on the photos about changes or things to do.
I found an article on a program called snap that is a camera replacement that will allow this, but couldn't find it in the app store.

I use htc evo 4g and zoom tablet.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

'Skitch' from the famous Evernote dev :)
Or if you like old Polaroid style with a white field for text on the photo, have a look at 'roidizer'

Thanks you guys! Skitch! I installed and I really really like it. Does everything I need except share using text messaging. It says it does but i don't get the button on the toolbar. Oddly, I have the Evernote button without installing Evernote.

Can't get any support from evernote, won't let me log onto the forum even. Very frustrating., But HEY!!! LOVE THE APP!!!! Does exactly what I need.

Evernote is actually really cool, I downloaded it first and then Skitch after. It's easier to set up on a computer, in fact, it may be the only way to set it up which might be why you're having problems. It's a very easy way to share documents between computers/phones/tablets/etc.

Oh ... and glad you like it!

For that purpose PhenomenalElements is one the best app, It has landscape mode, additionally you can use the in-built search function to find a specific note if you have quite a lot of them.
