App to call out with my GV number?

Does anyone have any recommendations for an app that will automatically call out using my GV number? I have no data connection, so the Google Voice app will not work.

The only one I have found is Flex Dialer, but that doesn't show up my call logs properly. Is there any alternative to this?

GV will connect with wifi if you have no data plan. If you have no internet connection at all the only thing I know of is to dial your GV number, login with your PIN, and hit 2 to dial out using GV. That's how I use GV when I'm way out in the boonies with only a cellphone connection, no data at all.

Try VoiceChoice. I used to use it a long bit ago, it is (was) great. Very easy to set up and use.
I am not sure it will work w/no connection but think it might.

Groove IP does that (and takes calls into your GV#).

GV Dialer may be an option. I have used it for a while.

Voice Choice, Groove IP and GV Dialer all need a data connection. OP said he had none.
