App to enable Talk video over 3G

Talk over 3G not working. On iPhone there are apps (3g unrestrictor, facebreak, my3g) that will trick phone into thinking that it's on wifi, but is actually on 3G. Is there any app (hack) like that for android? (not Vtok app)

Has your carrier restricted it or something? Google Talk works fine over 3g for me.

Same here, talk over 3g works fine. Note that you also need to have gingerbread in order for Google talk to support video chat.

It doesnt work on 3g here in US on at&t, it say "must be connected to wifi" ...

that app works for many phones. It will enable gtalk video to work over 3G/4G. Works on my GS2.
