app to limit child phone usage

I'm looking for a an app that would limit child phone usage at certain hours, locations, etc...

Any recommendations ?

A quick search of the market turned up several. This is just one example. I have never used them, so I can't vouch for their effectiveness so you might need to try a few before you find one that works best for you. Parental Controls

I thought it was kinda obvious that people post in the forum because "quick search in the market" does not produce any results. The one that you mentioned does not do what I'm looking for, it cannot limit phone calls in specific hours, etc...

I think you'll find thi.s to work quite nicely, it's not an app, however.
