App to measure app-usage

Hello,

There are a lot of Android-Apps where you can measure your app-usage with, but they focus mainly on for example data-usage or sms-usage.
I'm looking for an App that measures the amount of Apps I have, the time that I spent on every app, the App I use most, etcetera.

Does this kind of app exist?

Thanks for your reply in advance!

Matt

Amount of apps information is already available in Android Settings->Applications -> Manage applications.

Time spent on each app and app use most often information is useful for what purposes?

'Battery Monitor Widget' shows what apps is using the battery for how many percentage correct ? Does this answer OP intention to know how long (I presume is in minutes and seconds) apps are being used and how often is the app used ?

I am still curious why OP want to know how long app is used and how often the app used information. There must be some use case behind it but I just can't understand.

I was thinking could it be a back-end service collecting all these statistics and once the Android phone online, transmit this information to some servers so from there they can gather which apps are used by most users and then from there the company can persuade publisher to target those apps as higher chance of their product ad being seen by users ?

'Battery Monitor Widget' shows also the usage of the apps: How many times and the amount of time.
You should have a look :)

Great I hope the OP read this and try it out himself to see if it fit his needs. Thanks for helping. Actually I am more curious on why the OP need such information :)

To be honest, I think the reason why he wants to know this information is quite simple, for statistics. I actually for one, wouldn't mind seeing what application I have used the most on my device, I guess it just for personal information?

If it is for statistics then the data should be collected over a period of time correct ? Now I wonder if the widget support such feature or it only show you at the time you use it and not over a time range say from 1 Sep to 30 Sep 2011 statistics ?

Not sure to be honest, I actually haven't downloaded the app yet, but when I do I shall let you know ! (:

Try this *#*#4636#*#*

It wil give you usage statistics, battery info, battery history, & phone info. This is a pretty nifty tool that I have found through searching but I'm still trying to understand what exactly everything means!!

Check it out...

I tried this, and yes, it gives exactly the same info which gives the 'Battery Monitor Widget' with its 'Tests' button :)

But I have also to say, I don't know what the measure period of time is for the app usage ;)
