Help App to read Apple Word Docs

Is there an Android app that will open or read documents saved in Apple's Pages word processor? I know I can save them in a format that can be read, but that requires an extra step or two. I would love to access documents saved in the default format.

Unfortunately Apple's formats are proprietary and they don't like to share. From what I found, it can be possible, but the solution is 10 times harder that simply converting them.

For a non-Android aside tip, if you have a really big number of Apple iWork/Pages accumulated (as in too many that you want to bother manually converting) take a look at this OS X application, iWork Converter, that can do batch conversions (also note it's $29).
