App to turn off 5GHz radio?

I need the ability to turn off just my 5GHz radio on my devices. I have searched but have not found a method to do this. The devices I am specially looking at are the Droid Razor HD and the Xoom.

I know this because one of the main reasons why I got my phone is because it could do 5GHz. I use 5GHz almost exclusively. One reason is that in my area, no interference on 5. So many 2.4 devices (including my microwave), no 5's.
 
hello every body,
please i´d like t know if this is possible to disable the use of the 5GHZ band so when i go to Settings -> Wi-fi -> Advanced Wi-fi -> Wi-fi frequency band i only find the 2.4GHZ in the list of choice
because this band (5GHZ ) is not allowed in my country
is there a solution for that? can i eliminate it or simply disabled it ?
