I'm wondering if there exists any app that will let me use my phone as a keyboard for a tablet (I haven't bought a tablet yet). I'm specifically going to use the tablet as a teleprompter for my video production business. There's at least one teleprompter app that has bluetooth keyboard functionality so you can use it to control speed and jump up/ down in the script. Not having to lug around a keyboard in addition to everything else required for the shoot would be nice if it could be accomplished through my GNex.
I happened across an app that Archos has to do this (and more) with their tablets. For what I can tell, it works in more than just the media player app. But their tablets seem a bit... eh, crappy.. so I doubt I'd buy one just for that feature.

I'll add that with the Archos app, you have to have both devices on the same wifi network. Tethering the tablet to the phone does not work. This would be a problem because any given client may not have a wifi network, and even if they did, it would be unprofessional to ask for their password on the shoot or to depend on them having it. So it would either need to work via bluetooth, tethering to the phone, or through a web proxy.
It's hard to search specifically for this because everything is either to help connect a bluetooth keyboard to the device OR control a computer keyboard from the device. So I'll depend on the human search engine! Thanks!
