App to View Files on Network

Is there an app for droid that will let you access files from another pc on your network? For example I want to view pics on my laptop from my tab.

I think you have the AllShare app on your Tablet. Do a Google for "Samsung PC Share Manager". Download and install that on your PC and you're good-to-go.

The easiest and quickest method is to use the App 'ES File Explorer'.

Besides being a File Manager, it has an excellent LAN tool.
Basically you select the LAN tab then ask the App to do a search for any Hardware that is on your Wifi network.
Providing you allow certain folders on your PC to 'Share with' you will then be able to view any files that are on the PC directly on your Phone.

I mostly use it to transfer files to and from my PC and Tab. It's so much simpler than having to connect the two via USB.
e.g. My computer is downstairs and I am upstairs wishing to listen to a piece of music.
Once I've located the file on my PC I then either opt to play it on the Tab or copy it directly over. Job Done......

Another option is the app WiFi File Explorer. There is both a free and Pro version, the only difference being the Pro version will also let you upload files as well as download them.

As I said, have a look at ES File Explorer. It has an FTP option as well.
