app trying to load

i have the esteem and since early this morning it has been trying to do a facebook build 303612 .i do not know where it came from or how to stop it and i did not attempt to d/l this .i have shut the phone off and restarted it,and i have pulled the battery in a attempt to stop this .does anyone kow how to stop it.and my phone is not rooted.thanks

Hello and welcome to the forums . I saayour having problems with the android device. Well the facebook apk can be fixed . Just go to the app download and look for the face book apk and reset the cache and next reset the data . .now if this didnt stop the download you will need to do the same for the google playstore . Reset the cache and app data and this should repair the problem .

thanks tried that and it was still running but i did go to d/l mgr and did what you suggested and it stopped the program.why i don't know and i hope it doesn't start again.if it does i'll let you know.again thanks.
