Help App update

Can someone tell me how to force a search for app updates on my SGSII please? I had a notification but wasn't in a Wi Fi zone and now want to force an update. Thanks all and HELLO! (first post!)

just goto myapps in marketplace, any updates that have a pending update will show at top.
