Apps app video in play store shows only partial

I created an app and posted it to the play store. I created a video, posted it to YouTube, and pasted the URL in the developer console. I did this twice. Both times, when the video is played from the play sore, it only displays a sliver of the screen. Imagine if it should 300x900 pixels. It only plays at 100x900. Anyone else encounter this? The video plays fine on YouTube.
