Help App which canges colour

[Android Question]

Hello guys..

I'm totally not a programmer and thats why I have a simple question. Is it possible to create an App which does nothing than having a background colour which changes every day? And..how about the Icon? So an App which does nothing than having and changing a background colour and a same-coloured Icon which change every day? If so, what is the fastest way to get such an App? Thanks a lot!

That sound like a Live Wallpaper but LWP doesn't usually have a widget or app to have an icon it's more of a settings thing or a picture. You might like this one. Four Colors Live Wallpaper.
