App2SD issue?

Yesterday I installed App2SD and moved a bunch of my apps over to the SD card. Since I started having lag issues with a few of those apps I decided to move everything back to the phone and uninstall the App2SD. But I'm still having an issue with the lockscreen. Prior to doing this the lockscreen would pop up almost instantly when I hit the power button. Now it takes like 3-5 seconds for it to come up.

Any suggestions on how to fix? I didn't want to root or install a custom ROM but I'm reconsidering it just to fix this issue.

Got the phone 4 days ago, finally got a new class 10 micro sd card and popped it in the ET4G. After hitting the power button, it lags a bit coming on to the lockscreen. I don't think it has anything to do with having apps on your SD card, i think it has to do with having a micro sd card in there at all.

I might end up taking my SD card since im not using it really using it anyway since I still have 11 gb left of phone storage.
