I found that sometime during the day my data rate dropped or stopped all together.
I found that I could obtain data directly to the phone but not to my PC.
There was good RF power from the network so I tried restarting the phone with no positive results; but when the PC was restarted the problem went away.
A few days ago I had the same problem and called VZ customer support. They reset my network setting at their end and had me restart the phone. That worked too.
Not sure what to make from all of this but I read here folks are having various problems which may be like this one a combination of the network, the phone and the PC used.
