Applanet

I just came across what is called "Applanet" and cannot be found on the Market.

I am curious as to what kinds of apps are available on it and if it will work on the HTC Evo. I tried installing it and using it on Wifi and 3G/4G, but it keeps saying "loading". Also, are the apps on its network the same ones on the regular Market only free instead of having a price? If so, I'm going to not install it at all.

Thanks for the answers in advance.

Apparently Applanet seems to have been shut down on many devices across the Android world. Anyway, thought someone here could help but I guess not, it's all good. I'll stick to this Market.

Applanet is a piracy site. It offers paid apps for free...it is better to donate / support the actual devs so that they can develop and improve their apps for use.

Thanks. That's pretty much all I wanted to know if it was illegal or legal, or if it was giving "free" apps that are normally paid. I agree in helping out devs so I won't install or try any further.
