They copied more than just the notification bar. But it's mostly just worth mentioning as a counter point to apple fanboys when they start foaming at the mouth about how much Android copied iOS.

Sue Apple? In 6 months, apple will probably claim they invented notifications and start suing Android phone makers for copying them.

They is both unix type things. One is boutique fashion extreme (with some great functionality), the other is 'normal phone with some great functionality', that can actually have great design.

(* well they'll continue suing each other, but I quite like it if they bounce ideas off each other & some of them stick).
