Hey guys I have a quick Apple developer question.

If I submit an app to Apple and it doesn't get approved do I still have to pay them $100?

I believe you have to pay them $100 to have a dev account, no matter if you post apps or no.

jonathanrz is correct. In order to submit an app, you first need to sign up for the iOS dev program which costs $99/year.
