Apple Imsg and android text msg issues - Not the known issue

Hey all,

I know there is a current Apple Imsg issue for people that switched from Iphone to Android, but I don't believe this is related.

Anyway this is impacting a potential relationship so I need to get this fixed ASAP.

This girl I'm texting has an iphone and I have an LG G2, several times she did not receive my message or it shows up then it gets deleted. The second time we were trying to plan a night out and I never received her message, thankfully I followed up and she told me she actually responded. It has happened once more today and I can't figure out what the issue is.

She checked her SMS messaging setting and it is ok, any thoughts or feedback will be much appreciated.

Edit: she has always had an iphone and I have always had android devicese.
 
Are you on the same network? Happens to me sometimes, even on Android to Android but in my case it was a network related issue.
 
I would call your carrier they need to check SMS tools and see if there are any errors in the network if you 2 have different carriers they need to check Metcalf for errors and if there are any they need to file a ticket or however they do it on there end to fix it
