Apple Lighning Plug Adapter for Android

Would like to use it with Android mobile devices... finding that the adapters I've seen are too pricey. Seeking guidance.

It's an apple product so like you said it will be very expensive as they have to pay apple first or you will not see it at all..... why would you want to do that anyways?

Apple's Lightning connector is proprietary and well protected by licensing, you simply have to accept paying a premium. There are plenty of off-brand knock-offs if you just want a cheap adapter/cable but be aware that you'll be buying a product that was made by some anonymous manufacturer that isn't following the established legal patent rules (ignoring Apple's standards, and likely to be made using sub-standard materials with lessor quality control).

Can't you just use a different cable? That's likely to be cheaper.
