What does this application in my Galaxy Note 5? Why is it there? and why you don't allow me the user, to remove it?

Which app do you need?
(The original poster will be long gone, but for the record you can't remove it because it's probably a system app, and it took me 5 seconds, having never heard of it, to discover that it is a font. And it's not us who prevent you from removing it, it was either Samsung or your carrier who put it there where you can't remove it).
