Using a Note 3, every now and then when opening an app from a link, e. g. a picture, I am prompted to choose an app from the list of those installed. If I choose "always" over "once" when selecting the app a pop-up advises that I can change this default setting in application defaults.
Why does this happen over and over again for selections that I have made before as always and looking in default applications I can only see Home and SMS?
