I'm having three problems with my android phone (HTC Explorer): firstly when I try to open Google Play I keep getting the "No Connection" message; secondly in the Accounts and Sync area I keep getting the "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly" message; and thirdly when I try to open Facebook on my phone I keep getting a "Lost Connection" message. My sister is having a similar problem with Google Play on her phone and when she tries to open Facebook on it, it comes partly up with the arrow circling as through it's still loading but goes no further. I've tried clearing Google Play's cache and deleting it's data (on my phone) as per other forums' suggestions and I've checked the date and time but these are both correct. What else can I try?

I think you'll have to take it up with your carrier. If the only website that can work is Vodaphone, it seems they're limiting your network access to that only. I have the same situation in my other phone (another network with prepaid), I can only browse the network's site and links from it.

I've solved the issues with my phone.:) I was very low on credit (which I already knew) and topping up solved everything, although when I opened Google Play I initially got the "No Connection" message but it worked after I tapped "Retry" and in the Accounts and Sync area I still got the "Sync is currently experiencing problems..." message but it worked after I tapped "sync now."
