hi, i just got my samsung galaxy w 4 days ago and have been having this problem atleast once a day.
"Support !Sorry! The Application Launcher (process com.android.launcher) has stopped unexpectedly."
after that message pops out, subsequently the 'android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly' pops out and i have to turn my phone off by removing the battery.
is anyone having the same problem/know how to fix this? its really frustrating since i just got it!!
