Help Application Management

Hi Everyone,

No a problem as such but more of a query...

Does the HTC Desire S manage its applications itself? I mean, in previous phones I would manually go in and close open applications, so save processing power and possibly battery.

Do I need to do the same with this phone or is there a way of switching between apps that closes it down when I switch?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Not needed with newer android versions.

Plenty of apps that you can use to monitor and close apps. SystemPanel is one.
