Help Application Manager Shortcut

[Gummomarx]

I'm missing my application manager shortcut that I used to have on the home screen of my Samsung galaxy S3 (Android 4.3) - I have tried and failed to get it back - any ideas?

It is widget.
Look for a settings widget that lets you select the setting ( manage apps ).

It isn't listed, unfortunately.
