Application Monitor Widget?

On my previous Galaxy S2 and on my Galaxy Note 10.1 there is an Application Monitor widget but I notice on the Galaxy s3 it's absent. Is there a way to get it on the S3?

This widget wasn't bundled with all the updates. Some users will have it, while others won't.
But, you can go to Samsung app store and look for "application monitor" widget.

Keep in mind tho, you might only be able to use it with TouchWiz. I don't believe it will work with launchers line Nova or Nova Prime.
