Application Not Licensed message after restore

I did a factory reset on my droid x and have tried restoring my apps using both titanium backup and letting my google account restore them and all of my apps show up, both paid and free, but some of my paid apps won't run and I receive an "Application Not Licensed" message or when they need to be updated it asks me to pay for them again.

Any idea on how to get the paid apps recognized as licensed after restore?

I have a Nandroid backup and when I restore to it all my paid apps work fine.

Finally figured it out. It looks like it has to do with having multiple gmail accounts and the order in which you add them back after a factory reset. I have standard a gmail account and a custom domain gmail account. You'd think you would want to add the account that is tied to your google checkout but in my case it was the exact opposite. Once I wiped data and added my accounts back in the reverse order the apps all show up without licensing issues.

Figured I'd post it in the event it can help someone else, I had a hard time finding anything in any of the forums about this issue.
