application phone (process com.android.phone) has stopped unexpectedly.

I decided to go through my phone and uninstall any applications I do not use and all of a sudden it would not let me uninstall one so I went back and tried again and it gave me this message... Sorry! the application Phone (process com.android.phone) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. then has the only option which is force close. When I hit force close it goes away for a second and then comes back. I tried taking out the battery to shut the phone off and I tried ending all programs in use which did not work. I cannot make any calls or recieve any and I am getting fed up with my Droid incredible 2...so far it is anything but incredible...unless that means an incredible pain in my *cough*neck*cough*

Pleassse help! Im dealing with the hurricane in CT at the moment and havent lost power yet, so I cannot go to the verizon store tomorrow either.
