I am looking for android application for phone Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102 to define different ring tones of income calls for each SIM. Somebody can help?

This works on a Sony Xperia tipo duo;

How do I set different ringtones for the SIM cards?
To set a phone ringtone

From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
Find and tap Settings > Sound > Phone ringtone.
Tap a SIM card.
Select a ringtone and tap Done.

Don't know much about how dual SIMs work anymore. My last Dual SIM was a Nokia something (started with an 8 I think).

Light Flow does a great job of customizing ringtones. Perhaps it will work for you. If not, send a message to the dev. He is really responsive. He has always gotten back to me with in a few hours and repeatedly replied to me until our discussion was complete.
