Help Application Rearrangement

When I restart my phone, my downloaded applications rearrange themselves randomly. Is there any way to fix or prevent this?

The wifi has been having problems so I've been having to restart my phone a lot. ... and I don't really want to edit the application arrangement every time it happens ><

You can do 2 things...
1. Go to market n download Fastreboot...
2. Go to Task Man. to Ram management n clear both Level...

What about the apps?
I try to have games separated from resources separated from the apps that came with the phone... but every time my phone turns on and off, the apps get mixed up.

Is there any way to prevent this?
