Application Recommendation?

I work in HR and need to create an employment application that can be completed using the Galaxy tablet. Does anyone have recommendations on applications or form builders that can be used to accomplish this task?

There are form building apps that I have tried in the past. I've found for my use, drop box, word and excel apps do a better job. YMMV

Do you find that each time you open a pdf, even if saved to Dropbox, it has been replaced with previous 'typed in' version? I am having trouble finding a way to open the initial form each time. When I use Acrobat to fill in the pdf it automatically saves while working on it. Do you have suggestions?

At least with the Microsoft Office products, you can configure the form to "remember" latest data, or just load the original form/document.

Your tablet application needs to do a "File Save As" type operation so that the document is saved with a "new name" of which I would pull the current date (2016-03-30) and append the applicant's name to it, or maybe a Serial Numbered "name".... but I am more comfortable myself with using the applicant's name.

I also use the "Header/Footer" feature to save the full pathname in the footer on my forms/documents.... saves a lot of frustration when it disappears and all you have left is a printout...

Thank you for the info! I have tried to do the "save as" without success on the tablet. Can you tell me which office apps you are using? I appreciate the help.

I'm using Office 2003, and yes, it works with the later versions of WinX just fine.

I like Word and Excel depending on what I am doing.
I have never tried to use them from a tablet myself.

Oh! Okay.
What I would like to do is open an interactive pdf to be filled out by tablet. The issue is that the pdf saves itself automatically each time and replaces the initial file. I have downloaded custom form apps but they are not meeting the requirements our company has.

I am open to suggestions and advice as I continue to run into a wall!

I use POLARIS Office 5.
