Hi everyone,
My problem was this, I wanted to subscribe to rdio (music streaming service like spotify) but i could not because I live in Denmark and it is available only in US and Canada.
So after a bit of hacking i managed to get an account and now I am even paying for the premium one.
I can use it on my mac but my problem now is that I cannot download the rdio app for my android. It seems impossible but I really tried them all. Eventually I think I found the solution (that can be used for whatever app). Here you go, it takes 30 seconds:
1) Get someone from the country where the app can be downloaded
2) get him to install both the app you are interested in and the app "Astro file manager".
3) once he/she installed the apps, he has to go on Astro, click on the settings button and then on tools. Then on "Application Manager/backup". And finally tick on the app you are interested in, and back it up with the button "backup" in the top-left corner
4) press the back button, and then on the "up" button on the list of five buttons on the top. Then go through the folder "sdcard", then "backups" and finally "apps"
5) last thing keep clicked on the app you are interested in and then press on "send" so that you can send it via mail.
And this is the moment when I shamefully ask some of you guys that live in the US or canada to do this steps for me and send it at fp1085 [at] gmail [dot] com
Thank you very much to whoever does this.
cheers
Francesco
