Hey guys im looking for an application that only allows the user to use the dial pad nothing else. for eg. i give my phone to someone to call, i dont want them to be able to access my any other stuff like messages and all, they can only use the dial pad.

I am sure theres an application like this in android because blackberry has this type of application.

I suppose you could do something like this with Tasker. Setup a profile that will lock the screen (requiring a password) when switching to anything but the phone app. You could then add a shortcut/widget to the home screen that would start the dialer and then enable this profile, or if already enabled, disable the profile.
