application to auto daily append date to DCIM folder

me might find our DCIM folder with too many pictures to browse ..

maybe there is an app that can automatically rename current DCIM folder - by say appending a date ..

this way we will have a better grasp ..

maybe an app that did that automatically daily?

This sounds like something you could make work with an automation/scheduling app like Tasker. A Google search for "rename folder with tasker" brings up many suggestions. yes thanks mate ... I was considering using tasker ..

but would prefer camera or os or soft to do this ..

or why remake the wheel .. maybe someone scripted this in Tasker already?

I have a Desire HD running 4.2.2 AOKP. Camerazoom FX does exactly what you want - just looking at the settings now - so that doesn't depend on which ROM you have installed. The stock camera doesn't seem to have this setting but I never us it anyway ....
