Apps Application To Bluetooth printer

I'm developing an application which will print to a blue tooth printer the data that iv'e gathered but i don't know where to start. I'm done with the application that will gather the data. But i'm on a deadlock now. Got some question.
How do i design the file that the printer will print?.
