Help Applications closing and screenshot being weird

I'll get straight to the point, earlier today I dropped my phone, and it fell pretty hard. Bounced off a table and into the floor.
And it's been hours since, but my applications started closing as soon as I open them, my screenshot takes 2-3 at a time, and I'm just wondering if dropping it caused this, or if there's any way to fix it.
I haven't updated anything recently, there's no visible damage, and the screen/toolbar thing is working fine.
Help would be great, I made an account just to get help.

A fall could cause hardware damage internally without leaving an externally visible sign. Trying to think of a piece of damage that could cause those specific symptoms is trickier. What buttons do you use to take a screen shot, and are there any other quirks (especially unresponsive buttons)? And is it all apps that close all the time, or some/some of the time?

Have you tried removing and replacing the battery (if removable), or forcing a restart by pressing and holding power key (if not)?

I use the volume down button and power button, both on right side of my phone, and all buttons work.

As for the apps closing, my downloads immediately crash when opened, my gallery immediately crashes, and Facebook would sometimes crash on open, but I'd press notifications or something then it'd crash.

And no I haven't tried removing battery, but I will
