Applications closing/crashing without any error or force close notification

My device is ZTE Blade 3, only recently bought, it has ICS on it

What happens to certain applications:

When i open an app it starts for like 2-3 seconds and then just returns me to previous screen, like when you alt tab on windows or press minimize on a window except i don't press anything

and it only does it for certain applications, regardless of their size or of how much memory they consume

Examples of apps crashing:

Default browser
Default Gmail app

Non default apps(ones i installed through google play):

Opera Mobile
Angry birds
Angry birds starwars
FruitNinja and 90% of games on Google play
Bela
Backgrounds HD(literally any backgrounds app i tried crashed and i tried at least 10 of them)
Firefox
Go Weather and every other weather app i tried, only default is working

and many more, roughly 70% of apps i tried to install are crashing

Examples of apps i installed and are working:

Twitch.tv
Opera Mini
Chrome
Airdroid
Arrow defense
Temple Run 2
Pool Master
Skype
Tapatalk 2

So as you see there are some quite memory heavy apps here and that's why i'm so in wonder what might be causing these issues

Stuff i tried already:

Factory reset, twice, nothing changed, i tried doing factory reset and installing an app that didn't work first, and then i did factory reset and left a phone empty(stock) for few days before installing anything, nothing changed again

I tried manually donwloading an apk file and installing, didn't change anything

Apart from these app issues phone is working perfectly, those apps that do work are fast and work without any single crash or bug so far, Wifi and 3g are working perfect, BT is working perfect, GPS pinpointed my location within couple meters and street view shows right infront of my house

I'm asking people here who may had similar issues if they know a solution because people at a store i bought the device weren't helpful and i'd have to send my phone to a service and wait probably over a month to get it back and i don't have any backup, so i'd like to avoid sending it to service if i can solve the issue myself

If the device runs out of memory, or at least reaches a certain threshold, it will unconditionally kill one or more user applications until it crosses back over that threshold.

but why is it sometimes killing low memory consumption apps and sometimes not killing high memory consumption ones

why is it selective about what works and what not

do you think rooting and trying to install custom rom might help?

edit:

Reinstalling software fixed the issue, i guess my carrier ****** up when they installed the sfotware and something was faulty and probably causing memory issues

if someone else encounters it, you can try my solution
