Help Applied latest update, camera not working

This is the one that brings it to P7310UELA3.
When I click on the camera Icon, I get a little box that says "Media scanner running...", then it goes away.
Any ideas?

Go to Settings>Applications>Running Services
click "All" apps, find the camera, clear the cache

Yes, it's good that you reported the issue and solution.
And this is the kind of odd glitch you might get when doing any software updates, and is the reason I always do a factory reset immediately after doing the update. It means I have to setup the device again and copy files back to the Tab, etc, but it helps to prevent glitches like this. With major version changes, like going from v3.x to v4.x ICS, I'll do a factory reset prior to the update as well to wipe it before updating.
