Appointment Setter/Reminder?

[GAMESHARQ]

I am looking for a good appointment setter/reminder application. Preferably one that is free.

Something that will not only ring an alarm at a scheduled time, but also remind me what the alarm is for.

Any recommendations?

You mean you want a Calendar app? There is one built-in - or check out the thread on the best calendar app in this forum. Plenty of suggestions. As for a reminder, you'll hear it go off then you need to check the calendar ...
