Approval app?

Does anyone know of an approval app? Like if my kids wanted to go to a friend's house, they could send it to me in the app. Then both my wife and I would have to approve it. There are other reasons we'd use it, but that's just one example.

never heard of such a thing.....sorry

did a quick check on parental control apps, but none have what you are looking for....at least the ones i looked at.
