Apps and Programs That Need to Start

For the Jellybean (Android 4.X) (I hope that is what it is called)...is there a list somewhere of of the processes and (if and) apps that should be started? Link?

Thanks!!

Yes, I see I a lot of services running when I boot up and wonder if they might be needed until I run a specific program (and then hopefully it will run / start). I am just trying to save some space / CPU / boot time on an unrooted Nexus 7

Android OS is designed to allocate RAM and other resources to programs only when needed. Many of those you see are system apps and you aren't losing any performance if you're not using them.
One of the biggest benefits to this is that when you launch those apps they start up much faster than if you close them out completely.

It;s just that when I use SPB Shell, after a few hours I have tor re-boot. I can run any program that is running in the background, but any new programs cannot be run. If I have the setup running, I can stop some of he programs are running and then I can click on that icon to run.

I don't stop any of the Android services, but I see Google Maps running plus a few others. Let me re-boot and I'll write down all the apps
