[apps] Browser options?

[Chris Broderick]

I know there have been a few posts about good browsers but I have seen that the new Firefox for Android has been released and was wondering if anyone has compared it to our other browser choices?

Chris.

I got the new version of firefox yesterday. I like it the most out of the ones I've used so far.

1 firefox
2 Google Chrome
3 stock
4 dolphin

I like Skyfire.

The new Firefox is fast. Setup options are sorely missing and it zooms poorly.

I'm sticking with Boat Browser.

I found out about Boat from an earlier post by EarlyMon, and I really like it. Fast and simple.

Boat and Chrome are the best.

I love chrome because it is really fast and loads every page I throw at it. It also is rumored to become the default Droid browser.

Not specifically LTE related and thus moved to Apps section. more eyes and potentially more opinions.

Firefox is FAST! Nice add-ons available like Adblock, Fullscreen, etc. Zoom and text reflow work great, super-smooth scrolling. Flash works great. My only complaint is the new version lacks copy/paste the old version had. Hopefully they add it back soon.

Haven't tried Boat or the new FF, but I like Chrome (minus the size).

+ 1 for Boat. (I have only tried stock, Dolphin and Opera). It works well for me.

[Metroid Prime]

I like dolphin browser HD myself.
